Happy Sunday. I like to incorporate more raw meat on Sundays (Raw Sundays), so today I did a short video on finding raw thin-sliced meats from some of the Asian markets (that's what I meant by "Asian fever"). These meats are sliced very thin for shabu shabu (cooking thin meat in water), but I like to just eat them raw.... If you are afraid to eat raw meat, you must recognize that we have very strong stomach acid for a reason: GOD made us to have strong acid as we were meant to digest meat! Here is a good link from one of Dr. Robert Kiltz, MD's articles on raw meat (https://www.doctorkiltz.com/raw-meat-.... I learned how to keep my stomach acid strong over the years by drinking less water (only drink if very thirsty and/or dehydrated), I sometimes take a pinch of sea salt, I don't take any supplements for my stomach acid, and I don't eat that BS "Fruit and Honey diet" which some “ketovores” try to include in their meat-based diet. Dr. Zsófia Clemens was the first person to teach me to only drink when thirsty when I transitioned to carnivore in 2018. Moreover, there are many people who are too weak to eat "just meat" and they feel like they have to add unnecessary additives (natural flavors, sweeteners, and BS seasonings) to everything since they eat for "pleasure" and they don't eat for PURPOSE. Moreover, most carbs can reduce/neutralize your stomach acid! Stick with meat! I also quoted/tagged my friend Asa Santiago in my video as he has done many videos and posts about raw meat over the years. I don't eat meat raw meat every day, but if it is fresh from a quality source, and if you grind it yourself, there is no need to be concerned.
