The most common question people ask me when I offer legal advice to the Carnivore Community is: SHOULD I SUE SOMEONE? Since I hear this question quite often, I thought it would be proper to put together a video tutorial for everyone. This is a broad topic, and essentially it all depends on whether you can actually collect from any potential judgment. The problem is that most civil judgments are UNCOLLECTIBLE, which means even if you pay an attorney for 1-2 years (sometimes even longer), there is very little chance which you can collect anything from the judgment. Since I am not too fond of most attorneys in my profession for many reasons, I am one of the few attorneys who tells the prospective client to not pay me any funds if there is very little chance of collecting anything from the potential defendant. The main issue is whether they have any assets to use, levy, and/or garnish in order to pay any judgment. I have been well-versed in collections, so I am a referral source for helping clients collect on judgments. This video tutorial discusses factors whether you should consider if you have any potential civil claims against another individual. I have sent various cease and desist letters on behalf of the carnivore community as a sign of courtesy, especially since social media defamation is on the rise (and quite complex). If anyone has any questions, you can feel free to contact my office (www.brandlinlaw.com). As most of you know, I am fully transparent, I don't believe in using filters, and I embrace my honest opinions even if it may offend some snowflakes. And once again, Let's not only Make America Great Again, but more importantly, Let's Make America HEALTH Again. www.chrisbrandlin.com #votecpb2026 #brandlinforcongress #thecarnivorelawyer *The information contained in this site is provided for informational purposes only, and should not be construed as legal advice on any subject matter.
