I thought I would make a video to encourage those of you who are stuck in the office all day, and many of you need to do some exercise as I am watching many people around me eat junk food and sit around all day. Moreover, it has been raining for the past several weeks, so many people have been locking themselves indoors all day (and again, slouching around while eating lots of useless carbs!).... That is not the way we were supposed to live! Thus, I put together this video to encourage everyone to try to do something in the office when you have any free time.

When I was a former personal trainer during college and law school, I was a full time student, a fraternity president (during college), and a full time trainer and manager, and I still made time for exercise every week and I even competed on the weekends. I told all of my PT clients that there are 168 hours in a week, and when you subtract the 40 hours for work, 50 hours for sleep, and 5-10 hours for routine chores, there are MANY hours which are STILL left over, however most people choose to waste such hours.
