Campaign door knocking in Southwest Las Vegas — this time for the full Republican slate rather than only for AD-42.

The reasoning is simple. A voter who opens the door deserves a real conversation about the whole ballot, not a pitch for one Assembly race and a wave goodbye. Down-ballot contests are usually decided by who bothered to go and ask, and in a district like this one the margin tends to live in the races nobody canvassed.

Doorwalking is also the least glamorous and most honest measure of a campaign. There is no way to fake it, no shortcut to buy, and the feedback arrives immediately — people either want to talk or they do not. It is the same logic behind campaigning alongside AD-9: shared turf, shared effort.
