Tracy is Chair of the Assembly Health and Human Services Committee. She sponsored AB202 (managed-care insurer dispute-resolution provisions). She sponsored AB107 (foster-home background-check removal). She voted Nay on AB346 (medical aid in dying) — one of her only six Nay votes.
Strip casinos + Gaming ($48,000)
The Las Vegas Strip is in Assembly District 13, not AD-42. Tracy's district is suburban southwest Las Vegas — Spring Valley, Mountain's Edge, Enterprise. Strip casino contributions to a non-Strip district representative are worth a voter's attention.
Out-of-state donors ($154,774 — 25.8% of total)
