Chris Brandlin's American Ninja Warrior audition reel — obstacle training compiled for submission.

An audition reel is a specific format: three minutes to demonstrate that you can actually do the thing, with no room for narration to cover a gap. What it shows is the grip work, the transitions, and the failed attempts that precede the completed ones.

It also predates the campaign, which is the useful context. The obstacle training, the competitions, and the fitness history were not adopted to support a political message — the political message arrived later and drew on them.
