Monday Lunch-Break Park Workout
Aug 13, 2026
No gym required
A Monday lunch-break workout in a Las Vegas park, fitted between meetings and doors.
The case for a park workout is that it removes the two things that actually stop people training: the commute and the membership. A bar, a bench, and bodyweight cover pushing, pulling, and legs well enough that the marginal benefit of a gym is smaller than most people assume — particularly for someone whose schedule is decided by other people.
Starting the week outdoors also sets the tone for the rest of it, which is the practical argument underneath the morning routine.
The rest of the week: Thursday's session and Friday's. More at fitness challenges.
Train within your own ability. Nothing here is medical advice.
