Fetch with Remy — Single-Arm Knuckle Handstand

Aug 13, 2026

One hand down, one hand free

A single-arm knuckle handstand with the other hand free to throw for Remy, who remains unimpressed throughout.

The single-arm handstand is one of the harder bodyweight positions there is: the entire load sits on one shoulder while the wrist, or in this case the knuckles, manages the balance corrections that normally get shared between two hands. Doing it on the knuckles removes wrist extension from the equation, which trades one difficulty for another.

Throwing a ball mid-hold is showing off. That is fine.
