Chris Brandlin previews Hack Your Health's 2026 return — the metabolic-health gathering where he speaks as the Carnivore Lawyer.

Events like this are where the carnivore and metabolic-health community actually convenes in person, and they explain a good deal about how this campaign is built. The audience arrived through health, not politics, which is an unusual base for a state Assembly race and a large part of why the candidate's public profile predates the campaign.

Worth stating plainly: speaking at an event is not an endorsement by it, and nothing here is a claim about any particular dietary approach.
