Climbing, after a raw-beef preworkout

Rock climbing on carnivore fuel — including a preworkout choice most people will not be copying.

Climbing is a grip and body-position problem long before it is a strength one. Beginners fail by over-gripping and pulling with the arms; the technique that actually works is standing on the feet and keeping the hips close to the wall. It rewards patience over power, which makes it an odd fit for someone with this much of it.

On the raw beef: that is a personal practice, not a recommendation, and raw meat carries genuine foodborne-illness risk. Worth stating plainly rather than leaving implied.
