Single Arm Handstand Meatstock

Twenty-six seconds at MeatStock
A single-arm handstand at MeatStock — held in front of the largest gathering the carnivore community puts on.
The single-arm handstand is one of the harder positions in bodyweight training: the entire load runs through one shoulder while the wrist manages balance corrections normally shared between two hands. Doing it on an event floor, cold, with an audience, is a different proposition from doing it in a gym.
It also illustrates the overlap this campaign runs on. The room at MeatStock came to talk about food, and a good part of the political base grew out of exactly these rooms.
