Single Arm Handstand on Vibratec

A single-arm handstand on a moving surface
A single-arm handstand held on a Vibra Tec vibration plate — one point of contact on a surface that will not stay still.
The difficulty is in the correction rate. A single-arm handstand already demands constant micro-adjustment through one shoulder and wrist; adding a plate that oscillates underneath removes the stable reference the body is correcting against. It becomes a balance problem with no fixed baseline.
Whether vibration training confers benefits beyond the novelty is genuinely mixed in the research. As a demonstration of balance under load, though, it is unambiguous.
