Off the Stratosphere

Chris Brandlin takes the SkyJump off the Stratosphere tower in Las Vegas.

The SkyJump is a controlled descent from roughly 830 feet on a guide-wire — not a free fall, but the step off the platform does not know that. It is one of the few genuinely Las Vegas things a Las Vegas candidate can do.

Filed alongside the bull riding, the skydive, and the flight training under the same heading: things done because they are uncomfortable, filmed without commentary.
