Spider-Man Challenge on Knuckles — Accepted
Aug 12, 2026
The challenge, moved to the knuckles
Chris Brandlin takes the Spider-Man pushup challenge and relocates it to his knuckles, which was not part of the original challenge.
The Spider-Man pushup draws a knee toward the elbow on each rep, so the core is resisting rotation while one hip is flexed and the shoulders are still doing pushup work. Adding the knuckle position removes wrist extension and narrows the base of support, which makes the anti-rotation demand meaningfully harder.
Escalating someone else's challenge is a recurring habit here, and it is the same instinct as announcing a bull-riding date in advance.
